RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We only accept exchanges, or returns for an e-gift card to Kye's Kameo. No refunds are made to your original payment method. 

Our return/exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the date of your order delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also have your receipt.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged/returned.

Shipping

To exchange your product, you should bring or mail your product to: 925 12th Street, Rawlins WY 82301

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive the item/items back, you will then receive a store credit via email that you can then use towards anything on the website. This store credit will expire one year from the date it is issued.
